DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
Delivery Times: Our delivery times vary depending on your geographic area and the shipping method chosen. Here is a general estimate:
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 working days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days
Orders placed before 11 a.m. are generally dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays), otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day.

Our prices are expressed in Euro, and include all possible taxes applicable during the sale for deliveries made within the European Union.
For visitors located outside the Euro (€) monetary zone:
The prices displayed on our product sheets are estimates converted into your local currency. Only the final price indicated in Euro in the basket is valid, and the transaction will be carried out in Euro. Any bank fees charged by your bank or your credit card issuer are your responsibility.
It is important to note that, depending on the destination country of your order, additional customs fees may be added. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of each country and may vary depending on the value and nature of the products being shipped. They are generally the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total amount you pay when ordering. We recommend that you research your country's customs policies to avoid any surprises when you receive your package.

Please check your order tracking and contact our customer service for assistance.
In all cases, we ensure the successful receipt of each order and are present with you until receipt of your package, and even after.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ITEM BUT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED?
You can return your item(s) to us up to 14 days after receipt of your order.
The product(s) must not be used and always be in their individual, tightly closed packaging.
To do this you must:
- Contact support at contact@animalissime.com to notify that you wish to make a return with your order number, and the references and quantities returned.
- Send your item(s) by post along with the preparation voucher to the address (located in France) that we will communicate to you by email.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The responsibility for the proper delivery of the return order rests with you.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT BUT IT ARRIVED DAMAGED?
In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us by email at contact@animalissime.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem (wrong item, defective, etc.)
- A photo or video
DO YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR ORDER?
We process the orders you place quickly, usually the same day.
For this reason, we do not guarantee the possibility of cancellation or modification , but you can send a cancellation or modification email as soon as possible to contact@animalissime.com and we will do our best to try to respond positively to your request.
If your order is already prepared: In this case, you will have to wait for delivery and return the item(s) to us for a refund (cost of the product). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
